We have fabulous products from the internationally acclaimed ESPA range at our fingertips - including natural oils, revitalising seaweeds and marine algae. Close your eyes and leave the outside world behind for a while - we’ll leave you feeling on top of it.
  
  Spa treatments are very popular, especially on a weekend, so we strongly recommend you call us to pre-book your treatments in advance of your stay.

• Taster treatments
  If you have never experienced the stress-reducing, calming and relaxing effect of an ESPA treatment then the following have been put together for you to try a 'taster'.
  
  Each one forms part of a more intensive treatment:

  • Back, neck & shoulder massage
  • Shoulder & scalp massage
  • ESPA body polish/salt & oil scrub
  • ESPA eye lift

• Spa treatment hints & tips
  •  A locker with robe and slippers is provided for everyone who is taking a treatment.
    
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself enough time to change, complete your personal consultation card and unwind in the relaxation area.
    
  • For "wet" treatments, we recommend you bring a change of underwear, or disposables can be provided.
    
  • We respectfully request that men wear briefs or swimming trunks in the public areas.
    
  • Hydrotherm beds enhance the benefits of your treatment, improving relaxation and helping your therapist to target the areas that need more attention. However if you would prefer a traditional massage please do let your therapist know.
    
  • Some Spa treatments are not suitable if you're undergoing any form of medication, you have a medical condition or are pregnant. Please check when booking.
    
  • Some of our oils are not suitable if you have a nut allergy - an alternative oil and treatment can be arranged, so please advise at time of booking.
    
  • To avoid disappointment, please book well in advance - we recommend 2 weeks for midweek and 4 weeks for weekend.
    
  • Please give 24 hours' notice of cancellation or re-schedule. Cancellations or re-scheduled appointments within 24 hourse will incur a 50% charge.
